Legal
Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or submit an opportunity or partner profile, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Draft pending legal review. This policy was prepared as a working draft. It must be reviewed by counsel and completed with the registered entity address, data-retention periods and the confirmed list of processors before the site goes live.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by InferenceStruxr Partners LLC, trading as IFSX ("IFSX", "we", "us"), of 286 Weaver Street, Larchmont, NY 10538, United States. IFSX is the controller of personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at colin@ifsx.ai, by phone at +1 914 246 7266, or by post at the address above.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the opportunity intake form or the partner profile form, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, that includes:
- Name, organization, email address and telephone number.
- Opportunity or partner type, primary region and website.
- The responsible project parties you identify.
- Free-text descriptions of the requirement, asset, constraint, capability or capacity you are bringing, and your stated availability or timing.
Please do not submit confidential technical information, commercially sensitive terms or third-party personal data through these forms. Send only what is needed to open a conversation; anything sensitive is better exchanged under an executed confidentiality agreement.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider processes standard server and security logs, which include IP address, browser and device type, referring page and timestamps. If we use website analytics, that is described in section 6.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To assess and respond to your submission — to determine whether an opportunity belongs in the capacity platform, a managed supply program, the development-formation path, or none of these, and to reply to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in evaluating business opportunities.
- To maintain a record of manufacturer, supplier and partner capability so we can match capacity to future programs. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- To operate and secure the website, including preventing spam and abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that host the site, deliver our email and store submissions in our customer relationship management system. They act on our instructions under contract.
- Prospective counterparties, but only where sharing is necessary to progress the opportunity you brought to us, and only with the detail required to do so.
- Professional advisers, regulators or authorities where we are required to disclose by law.
Our current service providers are: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and content delivery), FormSubmit (relays form submissions to our email inbox), and our business email provider. We will update this list if providers change or if submissions move into a customer relationship management system.
5. International transfers
IFSX operates across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal information is transferred out of the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate supplementary measures.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If website analytics are enabled, we will use a privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics service and will name it here. Should we later introduce any cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will request your consent before it is set.
7. How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the opportunity, and then for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you so we can recognise returning capacity and partners, unless a longer period is required for legal or contractual reasons. Server and security logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.
8. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access to submitted information is limited to IFSX personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Residents of the EEA and UK may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. Residents of California and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have parallel rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To exercise any of these rights, email colin@ifsx.ai. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
10. Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
