2. What this site is

This site describes the IFSX platform, its operating model and its two applications: managed multi-manufacturer supply programs for in-flight projects, and manufacturing-backed development formation. It is provided for general information.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a commitment to supply, a guarantee of capacity or schedule, a solicitation of investment, or professional engineering, legal, financial or investment advice. Any engagement with IFSX is governed solely by a separately executed written agreement, and only such an agreement creates obligations between the parties.

3. Project responsibility boundaries

IFSX organizes manufacturing and supply capacity and structures commercial pathways. Licensed design, engineering of record, construction, systems integration, commissioning and operating responsibilities remain with the contracted responsible parties on each project. Descriptions of partner or network capability on this site do not transfer those responsibilities to IFSX and do not make IFSX the project-wide program manager unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Accuracy and forward-looking statements

We work to keep the site accurate, but content may include forward-looking or aspirational statements about platform capability, network reach and market coverage. Such statements are not guarantees. Capacity, availability, lead times and partner capability change, and must be confirmed for a specific project in writing. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Submissions

If you submit an opportunity or partner profile, you confirm that you are authorised to share the information, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it is not subject to a confidentiality obligation owed to a third party. Submissions are not treated as confidential unless a confidentiality agreement is already in place between us. Please do not send confidential technical information or commercially sensitive terms through this site.

We may retain and use submissions to evaluate the opportunity and to match capacity to programs, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not oblige IFSX to respond, to progress the opportunity, or to enter into any agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, imagery, diagrams, the campus systems map, logos and the IFSX and InferenceStruxr Partners names and marks, is owned by IFSX or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission. Third-party names and marks appearing on the site, including those of cooperating organizations, remain the property of their respective owners.
